Loose Cargo Management

At Envios Mau, we offer a less-than-truckload (LTL) freight management service for commercial or personal goods that require specialized documentation and handling. Our team will guide you through the entire process to ensure a safe and compliant shipment.

Required documentation:

In order to process the upload correctly, we need the following information:

Information from the sender:

  • Full name

  • Physical address

  • Phone number

  • Identification (ID card, driver's license or passport – clear photo)

  • Social Security Number

  • Email

  • Type of merchandise

  • Photo of the merchandise

  • Detailed description of the content

  • Declared value of the goods

⚠️ Important:

If the value of the merchandise exceeds US$2,500, it is mandatory to carry out an EEI (Electronic Export Information).

Information about the recipient:

  • Full name

  • Physical address

  • Phone number

  • Identification (ID card, driver's license or passport – clear photo)

Vehicle Shipping Management
PR → RD

We offer safe maritime transport for:

  • Personal moves

  • Commercial shipments

  • Household appliances and furniture

  • Vehicles

  • Heavy equipment

Required documentation:

1. Sender's documents in Puerto Rico

  • License holder

  • Passport

  • Full social security

  • Email

  • Address

  • Phone

2. Recipient documents in the Dominican Republic

  • ID card

  • Address

  • Phone

  • Email

3. Vehicle documentation

  • Qualification

  • Vehicle license

  • Purchase invoice or vehicle value

  • Photos of the vehicle without any objects around it

If the person receiving the vehicle in the Dominican Republic is not the registered owner, a power of attorney is required. This document is necessary to complete the shipping process and avoid delivery delays.

  2. ACAA certification application ($3.00)

  3. Purchase Code 0842 (3 x $2.00)

  4. Buy Stamps (2 x $11.00)

  5. Purchase Code 5122 ($10.00)

  6. Appointment for Stolen Vehicle Inspection

  7. Police inspection

  8. Customs Inspection

  9. Booking with the shipping company

  10. Vehicle delivery at dock

  11. Final inspection (72 hours)

  12. Shipment
